overview
This research investigates the new and growing art of creating theatre for neurodiverse audiences. Through years of research with the Wake Forest University theatre and neuroscience departments, this project examines the creation of sensory theatre first through a case study in directing Up & Away by the Trusty Sidekick Theatre Company and then by a broader exploration of sensory-accessible theatre in many forms.
